we have a great time there.people in the hotel was great,even tthe driver omar was very good.the secretaries there like malys,maan or joan,and mavic was great people.ate jen the cooked and all people room boys was great.only thing they need to renovate is a pool was very small but all in all was great.place was very to all mall like moa,glorieta,megamall,ocean park.they treat us very good.

Very convenient if you have business meetings in Makati. Also near other major points in Metro Manila, as well as Airport. Practical choice for frequent travellers. Helpful staff. Safe and decent.

Everything about this hotel is quite ok considering the price. However if you are the type who will like to sleep without hearing the sound of a needle dropping, then you have to rethink due to the proximity along a busy street. The staff are just too great willing to make sure you enjoy your stay- just approach them and your request is done within the shortest time. Only concern was the inabilty to serve business guests with simple items like coffee/tea/snacks. We had to make do with the drinks available at the reception which was limited. The decision was then to make appointments outside the hotel so that we could have these. But, renovations were still in progress so I hope & believe things will be excellent.
