Great location in Cannaregio area close to the Ghetto, but still walking distance from St Marks. Away from crowds of St Marks so less noisy. Fabulous hotel with generous size room and bathroom which was spotless. Front of hotel on waterway (not Grand Canal). Only few rooms with waterfront view, most rooms in rear of building. Plush lobby and quaint dining area with rear courtyard where they serve continental breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff who were only too happy to share local knowledge. Would definitely stay here again when next in Venice.
