The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast was lovely and also the real italian cuppochino that was got for us each morning. We had a train ticket booked and could see the train station from the bedroom window, we were central to all the travel from the airport coach to walking around venice and the ferry terminal. I have never stayed in a hotel before that has got two washbasins in the en suite. We would deffinately stay at this hotel again.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite when we arrived at the hotel and this made our stay even more delightful. The hotel is perfect - in a great position - and with charming, helpful staff - we visited some good trattorias on their recommendation and they also had good suggestions for sightseeing. We can't wait to go back to this hotel and beautiful Venice.

Excellent Venice Hotel ! Very friendly and helpful reception, king size beds, beautiful bathroom and very good breakfast. Had booked a 3 beds bedroom for my wife and our 15-year old son and the reception offered to change for a canal vue bigger room with a bigger bathroom for additional 30.- euros per day. Took the offer and was really worth it. The hotel is located in front of a gondola "stop" and close to the vaporetto stations.
