Artique Resort Apartments Surfers Paradise

Overall, the location and facilities of the resort were very good. Close to surfer paradise attraction. This is our 2nd time staying at this resort. The cleanliness of our room this time is worse than the previous stay. There was no change of towels and dairy adding bathroom body wash after 1st night stay as we stayed for 4 nights. We stayed other accommodations at Gold Coast before. It is part of their services. The carpet looks a bit old and there is a mark on the carpet and the crack on the wall as well as plumbing problem with the bathroom sink. We decided to put up with the problems and leave it behind. We continue staying with this problem at present due to our busy time. By the time we left the resort dairy, their office was still closed. By the time we arrived back to the resort, their office was already closed.

Had a great stay and end up staying here for 6 months.

The facilities in the room were good and the air conditioning very effcient. The room cleanliness was not at the desired level as the room could have been cleaned better. The staff weren't very freindly and didn't acknowledge us on arrival until it suited them.

Our level/floor was being re-painted, would have been nice to have been told this at sign in.

Upon arrival the staff were excellent and very accommodating, room was a little bit under described as we booked an ocean view room and could only see glimpses of the ocean between the other high rise buildings, it should be an ocean glimpse room. Facilities clean and accessable, but the smell of painting entering the rooms made it a bit unpleasant, corridoors being painted during the day.

An apartment overloaded with furniture & unresourced in basic kitchen needs like knives & forks. A bedspread for one of the guests arrived 3 days into our 5 night stay. A clothes dryer that was so loud we had to turn it off. The foyer of the 9th floor was covered with plaster and never at any stage cleaned. We'd enjoyed a stay there previously - this time was disappointing

A pleasant stay but we did not find the staff to be very helpful at times. Also unimpressed that you had to empty your own bins at the end of the stay!

The unit we occupied had minimalist inclusions; the kitchen inclusions were cheap and sparse; we have stayed in other Artique units with better inclusions; this owner lets the complex down; for a 4.5 star advertised complex, perhaps 1 star inclusions is not good enough, though we do rate the overall complex very well

Our room clearly hadn't been vacuumed. When we spoke to the receptionist about it she was very rude. Great location but we won't be staying here again due to the bad service.
