Near to airport. Nice and awesome. However the restaurant was a bit small and does not provide much variety. Would appreciate if the portable heater works.

I had stayed here before, so I noticed that efforts have been made to refurbish the rooms. The room I stayed in this time was in an excellent condition, looked as new and had no funny smell, no dirt, flat screen TV etc, very very flash! I was extremely pleased! If there had been shampoo for the guests, I would have rated it luxurious! I'll definitely be back.

Just stopped in overnight. Nice night staff on, very helpful and friendly. Very close to airport, free shuttle a bonus!

We stayed at this Inn for one night. When we checked in we were offered no milk for tea, coffee. The room was a good size but thats where it stopped. The bed was like a wooden plank, but the bedding was clean. Bonus.... The room was filthy, hair in the drawers, walls had what looked like dried blood on it, the bathroom was filthy and the repairs to the holes in the walls where just slapped together. The good thing was it was close to the airport and was easy to find.

Very happy with the service, picked me up at airport at 9.30 pm and arranged a rental car for me for the next day at a very good rate.

Cheap and convenient for a one night stopover. Courtesy van was waiting when I arrived, a few minutes drive from the airport. Room had been renovated. Enjoyed my short stay

This location provided value for my money. My room had been renovated. The bathroom/toilet were fresh and clean. The room was large enough for a family of three and the bed comfortable. A major advantage was the free airport transfers - and my flight arrived at midnight. It may have been coincidence but the car was at the airport when I phoned the hotel. Whatever the reason, that was good. The driver was a little grouchy, but efficient. The driver on the return journey was much better and communicative. I'd use the Auckland Airport Pacific Inn again.
