Location is not in the very center but if you are ok walking about 20min or taking a taxi then it's ok. When entering hotel it has a strange smell or water.

Hotel overview was good and all the common areas were tip top. After seeing our normal double room we understood why they so eagerly tried us to get a premium one. The room was bit dusty and the walls looked bit like if there was some degree of moisture damage, and at first it also smelled bit moldy. As we stayed there only for one short night we didn't care to complain, it wasn't that bad.

The hotel receptionist is very vey rude. She should not be on front desk. She treat the customer without respect. We will not come back to this hotel. The guard in charge is very nice and approachable. The room is very small

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were great, very accomodating, friendly and very helpful. They made sure our needs were attended to. We had the suite room and it was spacious and the second comfort room was a nice surprise. Excellent hotel with excellent service. Will definitely stay here again when i visit Macau again.
