The service and greeting at the hotel was pathetic and that was followed by the hotel rooms ambience.

Centrally located with wonderfully courteous and helpful staff. We came back to the house bar several times rather than visit another outside business because of the hospitality of bar manager Laura. Accommodation is modern clean and confortable although not as flash as a pricier hotel. Excellent value. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

clean but small rooms.some sound /noise issues from hallways but priced very well and in an excellent location.deffinately no problems staying there again

A great location in the centre of Christchurch , with helpful and friendly staff. The room that we had was spacious and well kept, with no noticeable traffic noise, and a great view over the park. The free parking was easy to access , being behind the hotel, and there was valet parking , if required The food in the restaurant was not that good, but there are many restaurants very close by.

This hotel is conviently located within walking distance of the centre of Christchurch which made it easy to get around. the hotel was clean and comfortable, with pleasant staff and more than met our requirements. We would stay again.
