Even though we booked double Bed.... the check in staff was kind enough to provide us Triple. We also got Free travel voucher from Hotel. The location is the best part.. its Just outside to Geneva Railway station.

Good hotel very good as far as location is concerned. Train station, buses and trams very close. Do not have free WI-FI. Nothing special about breakfast. Front staff is excellent, very helpful and willing to go miles to help.

The hotel is very conveniently located adjacent to the hub of the transport system giving easy access to the airport, down town, and the UN precinct. It has been recently refurbished in a clean modern style. It is reasonably priced by Swiss standards, but breakfast and wifi are rather expensive extras.

A very good hotel in the best possible position if you travel by train - right next to the train station. Everything was done perfectly there and we even got free tickets to travel on all public transport! Loved the stay there and highly recommend it to everyone.

Lovely central hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. We particularly appreciated the free travel pass issued to us by the hotel. We highly recommend this centrally located hotel to vistors wishing to explore Geneva and its evirons.

The Cornavin Hotel is just round the corner of the Geneva's Train Station. An extremely convenient location. It is also near to the various restaurants and places of interests as well. There are wireless internet available but you have to pay for it. The receptionists probably should highlight the packages available though. Highly recommended nevertheless.

Surely not a 4 star hotel, at least not by Swiss standards. However it is sufficiently clean and totally well located. Between 1 and 2 minutes walk from the central train station (depends on how fast you walk), buses and trams are exactly in front and the main attractions are very much within reach. Being my first visit to Switzerland, I can't compare the service at the front desk with other Swiss hotels. However, since I travel very often, I might say that the reception staff was not helpful and not knowledgable enough. They refused to give me information regarding the buses schedules to Chamonix, saying they didn't have internet access. I just hope theirs was a lousy excuse. We took breakfast only once. It costs 19 francs (something like 13 euros) and it is extremely limited. Apart from being only a cold buffet, they didn't have any lactose free milk/butter/pastries. I haven't encountered this in any hotel in Europe for the last couple of years.
