For the price my Family was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The views of the Manila Bay sunset from your room was breathtaking.
I booked 3 nights superior room with breakfast via Hotelclub but when I checked IN I was told only 2 days had the included breakfast, even though it was clear on the hotel voucher that the entire stay had breakfast included, I could not be bothered arguing we were on the last leg of our trip tired and reallly just wanted to go back home to Sydney.
Apart from the breakfast issues, we would definitely stay in Diamond Hotel again the next time we go to Manila. I still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value place to stay.

I liked the hotel, breakfast was very good with a variety of presentations. I am not happy with the way hotel club did my reservation on my trip.

Convenient location for restaurants and getting to/from airport and walking to a few sights.
Checking in and out was extremely slow, and i mean ridiculously slow which wasn't a nice start and end to the stay. However the room was beautiful and large. extremely comfortable and quiet as well as clean. The breakfast was also good and worth while including.
