This 4 star hotel has an outdoor and a smaller indoor pool as well as private jacuzzi on the balcony of suites. Room very spacious with lovely shower room even if lights in bathroom rather dim. There a fridge in the bedroom (empty) which keeps your water and other food purchases icy cold. The airconditioning unit isn't too noisy but the mattress of the four poster bed are extremely hard so we had to bring the cushionned mattress from the sun lounger of the balcony in on top of our mattress to finally be able to get a bit of sleep. Kathrin the currently pregnant manageress is very helpful and friendly but two other reception relief staff whenever she is away are totally useless, which resulted in us missing out on a booked tour and rescheduling our bookings are the given tour brochure was out of date. All is all, a very nice hotel with copious delicious buffet breakfast and two free computers made available for internet access at reception. Shame about the very hard beds.
