I thought supposed to be a 4/5 star hotel but we didn't feel the luxury and comfort of such. The room looks tired, overall we are very dissapointed with the rooms & services.

Hotel could consider installing fans in rooms on the lower levels as Cameron Highlands is not as cool as it used to be. Otherwise on the whole, it was a pleasant stay.
