Excellent location, rooms are not very big but service level was very good. Only remark was that the room did not get cleaned until 16.30 during our stay. Roomservice meals highly recommended.

Arrive with complimentary campaign was fantastic start. Hotel manager also left chocolate cake which my wife love it!!!! Will go back to H10 again.

this is the second time i have stayed at this hotel. it is a fantastic location being in the heart of the city centre - yet the bedrooms are still very quite. the decor in the bedrooms was very good - all very contemporary - everything very clean. breakfast was all good - a great choice for everyone. will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to barcelona.

The hotel's location is good and convenient - around the shopping area and a number of food outlets can be found. It was a pleasant surprise for us when we were asked if we want to have a glass of champagne upon checking in ! The room size is rather small and if you have aluggage, it may be a problem - not knowing where to place it. Cleanliness of the room is good. The bathroom is of a good size. Front desk reception is above average . Will recommend friends to this hotel.

Good location, Modern rooms on smallish side. Tea and coffee making facilities on request. Very good breakfast. reception friendly and efficient. Lobby bar ok. Terrace bar nice area to chill-take your own drinks as no service, at least in winter.

The Hotel is only a 2 minute walk to La Rambla which is very good and it is close to the Metro Underground. The Hotel is very nice with nice decor and the service was very good. The people on the Reception were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The room we had was small but very clean, however the bathroom was of a reasonable size which was good. I would stay again but perhaps get a bigger room.
