As before, excellent price/service relation, attentive and pleasant service, top breakfast buffet and ideal location for shopping.

The rooms were excellent and very clean. The staff also could not be faulted and where overly helpful. Breakfast was uperd although a little pricey. Fantastic stay would recommend!

The key to our recent stay at the Hilton was the staff. From the doormen / concierge / front office to the wait staff in the cafe/bar and the cleaners, we received courteous, friendly and efficient service. It made the fact that the pool was under refurbishment and a night without air-conditioning slightly more bearable. Look after your staff Hilton ....they are the best thing going for you!

Could not fault the professionalism and friendliness of the staff - nothing was too much. My partner had a special dietry requirement and they went out of their way to meet it. Only downside was that the swimming pool was out of action. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay their next time.

This hotel really is very good overall. Comfortable, attractive rooms with great work desk, very good bed and packed with amenities. The only down side to this stay was an unreasonable delay in checking in (one person on the desk and priority to HHonours people mean you can wait a while even though you might be paying more for a room for the night than HH members) and again, a slow checkout (just one person on the counter at noon). But everything in between excellent if you can get a good rate ($220ono) rather than some of the peak season rates of $400 which put it out of my usual price range.

HIlton Hotel is still one of the better hotels around Singapore. Initial disappointment at not getting a king-bed room as booked and confirmed earlier, was mitigated by their free offer of a late check-out at 4pm (when they found out that our flight was at 7pm). Buffet breakfast was included for us, much to our delight and the spread was very good, and had food specially catered for Muslims and vegetarians.
