Staff were most helpful. TVs need updating so that all free to air channels can be obtained. The meal in the restaurant was nice, but the steak was tough. 11.00 am checkout was great!

Very good shuttle bus service from / to airport direct to Hotel. Centrally placed, easy walking to all CBD facilities. Very good dining. Highly recommended

Dated decor but very clean and comfortable. Right in the CBD within walking distance of Salamanca and the harbour. Great patisserie across the road and good coffee shops just around the corner.

This Hotel is within 2 minutes walking of the city mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and facilities clean and tidy.

The room and facilities are very basic and outdated, however everything very clean and spotless and quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable regarding the local area. Located in the heart of the of city, next to mall, and less than 5 minute walk to wharf area where many restuarants etc are located. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
