I paid to upgrade to the Executive Floor and it was really worth it. All staff were great throughout the hotel. Internet at HK$140 day is expensive though.

Everything about the Golden Mile Hotel was fantastic - from check in to check out, the staff & facilities were excellent. I would have no hesitation in either returning or recommending this place of accommodation. Thanks for a great stay.

Quite small room for double bed, it is not comfortable at all, during stay there are noise and smell from floor renovation.

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel which was in really good location in Nathan Road. Only small problem that was encountered was when we first got into our room on a non-smoking floor it smelt strongly of cigararette smoke but a phonecall to reception and we were quickly given another room which was fine.

very good staff , clean well managed. menu could do with a little more flair as a master chef it did let it down keep it simple and as fresh as poss . rooms (ex) were good housekeeper will have to do more checks on the finish and the lifts cleaned out more often (hand rails) become sticky.I will stay at this hotel again

I have stayed here a number of times and the hotel is consistently good. Good location, great restaurants and helpful staff. Check in can be slow at peak times.

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel. We stayed in a 2 double bed room. The room is spacious. They provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, comb, shaver, etc. They also have iron and sleepers. A little bit noisy at night... you can hear sounds but don't know where it's coming from... The location is very good. It's near MTR, Bus Stop and most of the shopping malls. Very convenient, you can take Express Train and take the free shuttle directly to the hotel... same procedure when going back to the airport...
