This would have to be one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed in in any city in the world. The service is outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive and responsive to your needs. Service with a warm and welcoming smile, without the falsity often experience in the US. The hot breakfast could be improved with a little more variety. However, this is not a major concern. I found I simply melted in to the comfortable bed, wrapped in luxurious linen. And the special firm pillow is the best! I've stayed there twice now and both times I have been made to feel extremely welcome. My custom valued. Well done!
