I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked here through Hotel Club because it had received some average reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. Room was very well appointed and the size of the bathroom, television and beds were beyond expectation. I ended up booking for the following week as well. This place offers good value. However, did not try the bar, restaurant or wifi facilities.

The room was fairly clean but in fact the price was quite expensive considering it was more like a motel room rather than a four star hotel and quitre a distance from the CBD. The glasses and cups we used the first night were not washed for the second night, neither was the room vacuumed after the first night.

Quiet location. Good service but poor parking facilities. A little far from shops and entertainment with virtually nothing in the immediate vicinity that you could walk to. None the less good value for money.

needs updating,carpet old stained,mattress was so terrible dipped in middle no support,from 4am people were leaving and slamming doors out to car park there was no closuer to stop the door from banging shut.Toliet made a loud noise when you pressed button to flush.Room was clean.

Nice Hotel if one is looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable price. Overall clean (apart from the carpet, which was below acceptable standards), quiet and pleasant. You need a car in order to move to the city centre and the main atractions, but if car is available the location is convenient. The "single" room has a queen-size bed and 2 bunkers. I'd stay in this hotel again, if I visit Canberra in the future.

Good sized business suite with LCD TV, nice bathroom and free 100M per day internet service. But we got woken up when our next door neighbors used the toilets, and by creaky noise all night long, possibly coming from the ceiling. No dedicated parking and quite far from the city. Booked a business suite with two beds but ended up with one only. They didn't have any spare bed so our 4 year old son had to sleep with us. It's horrible...

Hotel was satifactory overall. A number of the room furniture items had dust on surfaces not readily reached, The control knob on the fridge was missing, it was on maximum cold, freezer was iced up which was annoying as we wanted it for a medication item. Light switch in bathroom was badly situated. Towards end of our stay we had a medical emergency. Staff were very helpful & arranged for us to stay extra night which was not needed but they allowed us a very late check out at no charge. Room no. was 423

The carpet in our room was badly stained; the glass shower screen was hanging off; basin tap handle fell off; no soap in dispenser in shower and 2 tissues left in box. Needs urgent upgrade!
