Our first time in Taipei was made more meaningful by all the counter staff who were very helpful and friendly even when they are busy!!! It helped us a lot to get around as we do not speak the local language... The hotel is cute (small size), very clean but a bit far from the shopping areas..you need to get to places by taxis which can be costly
