Good location, flexible staff, nice place. Car parking is a pain - but this is Central London.

Needs some renovating but good linen. Carpet very worn and dirty. Room small but for 3 days in London it was an adequate base.

The room we stayed in was on the ground level and therefore could hear the subway. The carpet had stains on it. The window was difficult to get to open. Would not stay at this hotel again. The buffet breakfast was the only highlight of stay.

Very small room but hey it's London!!!! Good location near the tube, friendly staff and free breakfast! WiFi is available for free throughout the hotel which is a plus!!!

excellent breakfast. internet reception almost nil in back rooms. trains a bit noisy but not too much of a problem. excellent location: one minute from tube station and two minutes from hyde park.

get what you pay for clean basic hotel beds were comfortable paid extra for cooked breakfast was not worth the extra.limited bar and restaurant service.
