Very good and freindly staff. Great pool overlooking the Nile. Room was very comfortable and decent size Easy walk to all main attractions. Overall a great hotel for its price. Would stay again when in Luxor

Staff refused to give change then miraculously discovered some for another (male) guest. Extortionate price for late check out, house keeping staff don't understand the meaning of 'do not disturb' sign. Pool was best feature of hotel. Expect to be hasseled as soon as you step out of the hotel and even on your balcony if you have a street view.
