Enjoyed our stay.We try and stay at Jupiters when we can afford it. The people are very friendly and helpful and its great you can have a few drinks and not worry about driving

Great Hotel, staff were very friendly, helpful and made for a very smooth transaction. Porters were extremely friendly and allowed us to park our car at the front while we checked in as we had a baby. Will deffinately be staying here again on future trips.

Room had recently been refurbished although they hadn't done the bathroom and the porcelain paint in the bath was peeling off everywhere. Other than that everything was great.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming. Our room was beautifuly presented and I was very impressed with the gym and pool facilities. However, the Aqua resturant let the Hotel down. They over charged us for our main course, which was resolved by the ammusing waitress so we didn't mind this too much. At breakfast the next morning they wanted us to pay before we ate, which was fine. However we booked a hotel special and so therefore got it cheaper again. The Aqua staff member proceeded to make us wait for 20 minutes while they ran between us and reception. In the mean time we were unable to start enjoying our breakfast, so by the time they had communicated we we're going to be too late for our ferry to Magntic Island. The Hotel manager was very unsympathtic to our experiance of Aqua and unfortunately we left with a bitter taste in our mouths.

Hotel is a cab/taxi ride way from restaurants etc and therefor they have a "captured market".
