Reception staff were excellent....very pleasant and helpful. In particular Herve and Simon when I lost my phone. Our room was excellent but very warm despite having the a/c set at lowest level (there was no temp indicator). I found the "world sounds of insect noises etc" in the lifts was played at far too high a level and was much too intrusive....it would hav ebeen better without this. There was a DJ playing in the bar on Friday night. If people want to hear a DJ then they can go to a club. This actually prompted me to leave the hotel and go to a relaxing bar where we could chat instead.

Not cheap but well worth the tariff. Located opposite the main Station so handy for trips etc. Very clean, good food and great service so we highly recomend to anybody.

Pretty good hotel. Great location near everything. Train from airport, the U-Bahn and S-Bahn are all only a few steps away. No. Wi-fi, and Internet access at 10 euros a day is a bit much to ask nowadays, as many hotels offer Wi-Fi and internet as a free service. Concierge staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but we were really pissed off by the minibar automatic charging system! You cannot use the fridge for chilling your own bottles without touching the hotel bottles and be charged! Took some time to explain that we had NOT taken anything from the minibar and have them remove that charge from the bill. Annoying! Ridiciolus price for breakfast, 27€!
