very conveniently located near the tin hau mtr station.. room is clean and well-appointed..staff are cordial and helpful. the room's wifi though is not free (there are two complimentary internet-connected pc in the lobby).. overall, my stay there is quite pleasant and satisfactory. i give it an 8.5 on a scale of 10 for a four-star hotel ratings.

Positives - Great location, pleasant comfortable rooms, friedmnly efficient services. Negatives - gym has limited equipment, lift system can be slow, street facing rooms can be a bit noisy, in-lobby internet very slow On balance very pleased with my stay, would definitely return

A clean environment with reasonable price and MTR is just across the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay and TIme Square. Convenient. Can consider again.

We got upgraded to a bigger room, like the extra space and layout. But the toilet shower head was leaking so it was a leaking all over the place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is just located across the TIN HAU subway station. Room is fairly spacious and clean. I'll definitely stay there again in the future.

Good location, next to the MRT and also within walking distance to the sights in Causeway Bay but too overpriced for a 3/4star type hotel with very limited facilities and amenities.
