the hotel room air condition was not working satisfactorily, he assured better room next time.

Room was not clean - toilet was broken and wouldn't flush - staff were not helpful and not friendly - staff gave us no assistance what so ever - had to take own luggage up to room. Nothing good about the Hotel and especially the service
