The Hotel is quite clean and I found the staff very friendly and the services quite good. I most probably stay to this hotel on my next trip to Shenzhen.

Overall, the hotel enjoys prime location as it located in the heart of the business area surrounded with malls, restaurants, business buildings & anything you need. What i didn't like were the rooms as they are too small & their design wasn't that good. its a bit old & need a full renovation.

excellent service. all people are very friendly and helpfull. really great for business. the only problem is with the price of food in the restaurants inside the hotel + price for laudry.

Great hotel to stay in, too bad i am staying there for only a day. Close to Coco Park shopping centre. To go to other places, can just take the cheap taxi. Meet my expectation!

I listed service as average as stafff couldn't understand english very well which made ordering room service etc a bit difficult at times.
