A good facility with friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. Lunch menu overpriced. Dinner menu fine. Thanks again. Will return again next year.

We were travelling with our 16 month old daughter and needed to be close to the International terminal for an early flight in the morning. This hotel was excellent for convenience, service and comfort. A portacot was brought to the room straight away, already made up! The restaurant and bar staff were very helpful, allowing me to heat up my daughter's food as there was no microwave in the room. The shuttle bus was easy and only took about 5 mins to the terminal. We paid the $6 each per adult on the hotel bill so we didn't need to have the cash ready for the driver. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for early morning flights to beat the Sydney traffic. Shuttle bus to airport useful, small charge.

Will stay again. Restaurant on site, ducted aircond, bar on site, has an ATM (non bank), but all in all, nearest cheapish hotel to international terminal. Quite a fair walk from train station thuough, but its walkable from the international terminal, and the 400 route bus passes nearby, and there is always the $6 shuttle.

Excellent service. We upgraded our room on the spot and included buffet breakfast for 4 people for $35. Win win :) The extra bed for a child was $45 so it was an easy decision.

We always enjoy staying at the Mercure. The facilities are lovely and clean and the staff are friendly. However it is a pity that a smoking room is no longer an option for those who choose to smoke. Overall this is a great Hotel to stay at.
