Handy to city centre but a little out of the bustle. Good basic room.

The service was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony and faced east which added to the atmosphere. Ample access to internet pre-paid. Downside, no draught beer available in the bar.

Pretty ordinary Motor Inn that needs some TLC - handy to town though and restaurant OK.

Good reasonably priced accommodation. Bit dated, but clean and friendly.

Nicely refurbished units in a central location - not quite up to the "suite" status they use to name them. Only fault was poor cleaning - bathroom not great on arrival - nor did it improve over stay, bins not emptied in room, etc.

Water pressure in shower was very poor and shower screen was broken. Rooms are basic and in need of a refurb. No onsite restaurant or bar. Not really value for money.

OMG this was one of those times where you wish you could turn back time and chose the other hotel on the net. This place is so old and out of date its not funny. Only 5 people can fit in the lift at any one time and it moves slower than watching cement dry. We had an extra guest stay with us and were easily moved to another room - probably because no one was silly enough to stay there! The double bed had the aircon pointed straight at it and the single bed was where a balcony once was that had been dodgily converted into an enclosed wall. I still haven't lived down the ribbing over booking this hotel.

The building is in a good location, close to the heart of Brisbane and its shopping and services, however, the building itself could do with a refurbishment as it is quite dated.
