This was our second stay at the Rihga Royal in Osaka, can't fault this hotel. Yes, internet access is not provided for free, but the regular free shuttle service to Osaka/Umeda Station makes more than up for it.

Nice hotel in Central Osaka. Good staff, nice size room, not too small, but not sure it is worth the 5 stars indicated. However, when the price is -50%, go for it! There is a free hotel bus from Osaka station, which was tiptop, until it stops running around 22.00. Taxi takes about 5-10min., and costs very little. -Happy customer.

No complaints whatsoever. Spacious room (by Japanese standards), phantastic views, very friendly service, a huge range of toiletries. Very much appreciated the free shuttle service from from JR Osaka station. LAN connection not included in the room rate though.
