Great location on the river with everything you could want including public transport, cafes and restaurants at Robertson Quay, and Great World City, within short walking distance. We were unfortunately given a smoking room, but it was ok even for someone sensitive to cigarette smoke. Good value for this location.

Good hotel for business and leisure. But not close to any MRT station as the nearest one is almost 20 minutes walk.Has good eating joints on the river side -great place to spend time with family and friends. i would consider this hotel for my next visit to Singapore.

Many hotels have good facilities, but this hotel has an added point...Good service quality. The staff is friendly and accomodating, and willingly went the extra mile to help. One experience was my friend's luggage left in the cab when we checked-out and alight in bus terminal. I called up the hotel staff and the TransCab Company about the lost luggage. The hotel staff took time to contact, inquire for the item, and called me up to keep me posted of the search. And finally one of the staff verified and confirmed that the taxi driver returned the luggage to the hotel and I can claim it anytime. Thank you to the hotel staffs especially Roger for going the extra mile to help me and my friends. We truly appreciate it.

The hotel offers a lot of services (pool, jacuzzi). However, our room was tiny and the bed (double) ridiculously small. Staff was not very nice either. Good location, but better hotels in front (we have stayed in Furama Riverfront for similar price and much better room).

Not impressed by staff service. Room was disappointing- carpet looked old and dirty, no bedroom slippers were provided, bed and bedding was uncomfortable. For the price paid I would have expected free internet access, friendlier staff and better room/facilities- overall very disappointed, would not stay there again. Although easy access to public transport.

This hotel ran out.of electricity on my 2nd night of stay which is very unusual and should not happen for a four star hotel..i went down to the reception and requested a fan but no feedback at all...price is expensive nightly and service is very bad and internet is not free and asking for sgd20 for overnite use and even at the lobby also must pay to use the wireless netwwork..this is really ridiculous and i wont recommend anyone to stay at this hotel..overall very bad experience and bad hotel

service is bad. seriously, the bath room stinks badly. tv is pretty small, sometimes cannot even be on. they even lock up the fridge cos we dont want to pay $50 deposit!
