I paid NZ$440 for a twin room, including buffet breakfast, for a two night stay on our way to London. Room was small but comfortable, considering we did not spend alot of time here except sleeping, although we did find the beds rather firm. Nice outlook towards Orchard road and bonus early check at 8 am at no extra cost. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Hotel is very handy to metro just a few minutes walk down the road. A very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Room is average size with 2 smallish queen beds (larger singles?), we ended up pushing the beds together against one wall so the kids wouldn't roll off (8yo and 4yo). Friendly staff and generally good housekeeping. The electronic light switches froze late one night and we couldn't turn off the lights. Had to pull out the keycard to turn off power so we could sleep. Other than that no problems. Bathroom has a set of scales which came in handy for a baggage check prior to departure. Location is excellent - 50m from the Bras Basah MRT station, a block away from 2 large shopping malls and a large chain grocery store. 10 min walk to the Bugis markets (which also has a Singapore Tourist Centre) and generally within walking distance to the computer and A/V towers at Sim Lim and Adelphi. Taxi was fairly easy to catch out the front but most of the time we made the trek using the MRT down to Orchard station for more shopping and food. Check in at 2pm, check out 12pm. 4 out of 5.

Good Hotel in a very strategic location, close to Marina Bay and Orchard Road. The room (I was in the executive) are good but not excellent. The bed was amazing, I had a great sleep. Very good value for money anyway, I will recommend for the travelers who doesn't need luxury, but a good place for sleeping.

The hotel is located near the main shopping centers of Singapore and the MRT is just outside. It is a bit disappointing that the use of internet is not free, especially when across the street at any coffee shop it is. The lobby is a bit old and not welcoming comparing with other 3 star hotels around. It looks that a lot of tourist groups from Philippines, Thailand and other Asian countries is using it rather then Europeans. In general, it looks a reasonable value for money

Bigger rooms are needed to acomodate three in a room, otherwise we found the hotel to be ok, more expensive than similar in Malaysia but comparable in Singapore. The location is handy to most areas, more so when the new MRT station at the end of Queen St opens in a few days time (500 metres).

I expect more bang for my buck, considering I paid $ 150 AUD for a delux executive room. Room wasnt big enough, noisy neighbours, too much difficulty in catchin a cab...
