Had a fantastic stay here, our bus arrived 5 hours behind schedule and the doorman was waiting up to greet us and show us to our room. They gave us so much fantastic advice about where to go and how to get around including writing out where we wanted to go in Thai in case we got lost en route so we could show people and they could direct us. Were able to organise all activities and transport for us which was a great help. The rooms were beautiful and had so much character; I really loved Chiang Mai and staying here definitely assisted that. We had a late flight out and they even offered to let us have use of our room until we left which speaks a lot about how much they care about their guests. Thanks so much for the hospitality guys!

We spent 4 nights at the Sawasdee hotel late November. It was a pleasure to meet Sam and his staff. Everyone was very helpful in making sure we enjoyed our time in Chiangmai. We were close to the Saturday and Sunday Walking streets and a short red bus ride from the Night Bazaar. There were several restraunts, coffee shops and Massage parlors close by, There are 3 major temples within a 5 min walk. The room was comfortable (best pillows in Thailand) although minimal, but we had everything we needed. The bikes were a great opportunity to see the city.
