Althought the room was on the small side, this hotel had a comfortable bed, quiet room with double-paned windows and excellent wi-fi. The decor was pleasing and the breakfast was stellar.

This hotel is in a wonderful location next to the waterfront and walking distance to ferries, the markets, good shops, cafes and restaurants. We loved the way in which an old warehouse had been converted to such a beautiful hotel building. We were impressed with the focus on sustainability. The bin in the room for recyclables even included a section for compost. The breakfasts were so plentiful that they did last all day. Altogether a very enjoyable stop-off for us between Shanghai and Manchester - highly recommended.

A large hotel with many tourists group. Could be noisy at times. The standard of the room is good, clean, well equiped and everything functioning. Free WIFI with fast connection. Satisfied! Breakfast is a little chaotic because of the shear number of people using at rush hour. But choices are adequate.

Well located overlooking the harbour but a short walk or tram ride to the city centre. Free internet and huge room a plus. Helpfull staff cafe on site. Huge value for money

This hotel is located by the harbour within walking distance of trams and other transport. it was very quiet.
