The hotel was over and beyond my expectation! Breakfast had a great selection of food to eat! The staff was very helpful especially Patrick Lau, he accommodated my late checkout request due to a late flight! Overall would stay again!

The hotel is located within a 5-10min walk to nearest monorail station (Bukit Nanas). The footpath is quite bad, and would suggest a taxi to the hotel rather than bus to KL Sentral & monorail. It cost us 75RM from LCCT (budget taxi voucher), and 130RM back b/c hotel only has Premier taxi (voucher). Room prices are probably higher than most others in KL but we thought the rate on hotel club was okay. We had a deluxe room on 15th floor which was spacious, comfortable and clean. You can sometimes hear traffic, but minimal given our room faced the main road. Many people we spoke to remember it as tired and old, but it must have been fully renovated since. All we saw was modern. Very good gym and facilities. The only thing I did not like during my 8 night stay was one female staff at concierge who was less than friendly... Would stay there again if I ever return to KL.

Very lovely hotel - it was our honeymoon and on both occasions the staff were kind enough to upgrade our rooms!!!! Excellent service, will stay there again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we wanted was available. The only problem was one day our room was not serviced as there was a problem with the do not disturb light outside the door. We had a few problems getting more toilet paper and clean towels. It took 3 phone calls before we managed them. The horizon club was an excellent facility within the hotel. Have stayed there before and we will stay there again.
