Hotel sevice & rooms fantastic. The location to terminal 5 is perfect. Sorry we were only staying for 1 night. I will be staying here again next time I'm in London.

This is a beautiful hotel. Ideal for a transit between international flights. It's on a directTube line to central Londonand each of the terinals. I recommend it and I will stay again when passing through Heathrow.

Proximity to LHR Terminal 5 and rail transport to the city was found to be very helpful. Jack (of Polish background) of Concierge was particularly helpful, with tips - including at our next onward stay with an Accor group hotel in Warsaw. Suggestions for improvement: Provide complimentary high-speed internet access in room for regular Accor Club guests. Also, provide discounted breakfast for regular Accor Club guests, if not already included in room rate. We were charged a full rate plus an inadequately explained loading on the breakfast charge (beyond what was quoted at check-in time). However, service in the breakfast room was excellent, specially by an attentive Irish woman (whose name we forget).

Difficulty in getting from hotel to Terminal 3 in early morning. One has to use a taxi at cost of £15.

A first class hotel with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. As I had an early flight in the morning it was a comfortable walk to Terminal 5 for my flight to Rome. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends.

We booked a quuen room. On arrival (at 2.30am after a delayed international flight) we were told that only a "twin bed, smoking" room was available. When we pointed out that we had already paid for a queen room, and would accept nothing less, they miraculously found a queen room. We asked for an 8am wake-up call (given our extremely late bed-time, we feared that we would sleep through an alarm, and we needed to catch a morning international flight). This was logged, however, we did not receive the wake-up call. Luckily we had also set a phone alarm which did wake us - missing our 28-hour flight home would have been a disaster.

Excellent location if you are flying. Access to Terminal 5 and therefore flights, trains, underground make it very accessible. Facilities are very good although the restaurants are a let down and a bit expensive.

Excellent! Perfect! I wish I travelled out of Heathrow Terminal 5 more, so I could use this hotel more often. Just a short (trolley accessible) walk from Terminal 5. The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that there was not guarantee that they would ever see us again. The bed was devine. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. On site restaurants and bar very good quality, albeit a bit expensive.
