In the room there is no soap . So that was very interesting. also Superior room I rented for 3 people but in the room there was only one big bed for 3 people so I upgrade ad pay more

We stay 3 nights at this hotel and found that the location is very strategic and easy to reach. The bus stop is right outside the hotel although the MRT station is a bit far. However we could reach the nearest MRT station (Newton) by taking bus no. 124 and could continue our journey via this station.

As this is more of a budget hotel, so don't expect a driveway for the hotel. If you r traveling just by yourself or friends it's fine, but not a great place if you have toddlers. We asked for non-smoking room but the air flow around the place isn't great so you can smell cigarette smoke. The staff are helpful but can be a bit rude. Public transport is right at your door step. Food is convenient as there are nice eatery along Balestier Rd. Not a bad place to stay if u r after a budget hotel.

There is no place for you to stop and loading in front of hotel as it's a very busy road. Insufficient parking. you need to find the parking near HDB which is five minutes walk. No window. location inconvenient for visitor without own transport as quite far from MRT.

The hotel room is very small with no window and extremely bad soundproof. It provides very limited facilities: no wardrobe, no shower tub & curtain, and even no Bible... The telephone in our room is not working (and needs to pay for local calls). The toilet tissue paper is very low quality. There is a Sharp television in the room, which is useless for us. But the most upset thing is that there are many ants in our room, polluting our food and drinks. Nevertheless, the attitude of the hotel staff is quite good. The hotel is 15-20 min walking distance from the nearest MRT station. Although the price is not quite expensive, it is not worthwhile with such facilities.

Location is good. The room, though small, is clean and adequate. There is a convenient bus stand right outside the hotel and is thus quite easy and quick to get to various parts of the city. There are numerous eateries nearby. Do note that this hotel chain has several properties along the same road all having the same name.
