Very informative and fast reply. But I find some recent changes (format wise) in some hotels (especially in asia-hotels). The price of the hotels is not listed or updated and some are ridiculous high.

Generally a very good service, & I keep using it again & again. However, when the hotels don't respond, the lack of action from Asia Hotels is frustrating. When the hotel doesn't respond, they should be chased or another hotel suggested, not no action for many days. More locations would be better (e.g. in Taiwan, most major cities weren't covered at all.)

I was disappointed that the website listed the hotel price at $57 a nite originally, but by the time billing was finalized it was more like $97 a nite.

Good. I appreciate asiahotels reply me immediately for my booking request because I make a very last minute booking 2 days before my check-in. I like there's many instant confirmation can be done immediately in the net so that guest don't have to take time to await for any uncertain status about their booking request.
