it was fine, though sometimes a big confusing, as some reservations are prepaid and some are not... like the newer ones...for instance, I stayed at the Concorde Inn at KLIA (Malaysia) was that a different company? No one has asked me to evaluate yet.

This website is very easy to use, but it still had the CKS Airport Hotel (Taipei) listed as a possibility which caused us no end of logistically problems until we figured thiis out for ourselves. Other hotel bookings were a bit hit or miss and the time it took caused some difficulties. But, this seemed to be more of a Taiwan issue than a site issue.

You have to assure that your customer receives the room he booked for; that's useless otherwise ask to choose King Size Bed or smoking room. It was really better some years ago
