Website is OK. It is not the masterpiece of a webdesigner but it is perfect for booking a hotel. The reservation system worked fine and the hotel was well prepared.

Excellent. I appreciated the immediate question as to whether we wanted an airport pick-up. I know we could have done it more cheaply, but when you arrive in a very foreign country, it is very reassuring to have your name on a board at the airport. Our hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for the same ($15). I had total confidence in your service. I also appreciated that you would use our credit card only for one night if we failed to show up.
