The hotel is located in the red light/drug trafficking area of the city The room was not in a great condition -decor needed to clean it up

Hotel close to rail and canal, Tivoli Gardens, Town Square, shops, a great location to sightsee the city from. Staff very helpful and obliging - they made our stay so much more enjoyable! Internet connection, though could do with another screen. Breakfast food amazing, plus afternoon tea available,gratis. Overall a wonderful few days stay. Thanks.

Very conveniently placed for train travellers, close to central station but not far from the city centre. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money.
