We stayed in a ground floor apartment and found this to be very suitable for our needs. We even got free wi-fi in the room. Receptionist on check in was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Great blinds block out the light, no street noise, had everything we needed and more. Bed doubled as a couch but we found this ok to sleep on - it was made up as a bed on our arrival. Free travel card made getting around on public transport very easy and convenient. Would stay there again.

A model of Swiss efficiency, this is a smart, well presented apartment hotel. I have stayed here a number of times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well furnished and equipped, (with the inclusion of a dishwasher being a particularly pleasant surprise). Despite being close to Claraplatz with its bustling shops, bars and restaurants, the hotel itself is in a quiet street. The “fitness room” in the basement is a bit pathetic, but otherwise a cannot fault them.
