The sky wasn't very clear, the spa didn't work so the man had to come to fix it while I was in it. I was grateful for the prompt service to fix both problems and also for leaving the laundry open while I was there. The room was a bit small for the three of us as we were climbing over the bed in order to get around someone working at the desk - but we understand that we probably paid for the spa! I probably wouldn't stay there again (only because of the space).
