The deluxe room was large and sufficiently equipped. The laminated floor board is certainly cleaner than the usual carpet. The bathroom could do with a bit of updating. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The poorest part of the hotel is the extremely tight basement car park which is very difficult to access to and from the narrow backlane. The hotel should ensure no further parking is allowed at the narrow backlane which makes it worse. Otherwise, a good comfortable hotel with excellent location at Bukit Bintang.

It was an old hotel but the location is good . Breakfast was not that good . Service was good and the staff was very friendly.

Check in process took ages and although it was about 4pm I was told the room was not ready. However, before I made a fuss, another room was fine and after that i had no problems at all. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the bed comfortable and the AC efficient and easily adjustable. The view from my room was of the back, which is filthy but not the hotel's fault! The breakfast was fine and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is great for night time food excursions and within easy walking of several major shopping centres. The hotel is well known enough to cause no problem to taxi drivers or tour operators, who were happy to pick up from there. A very good medium range option.

Very convenient location, walking distance to shopping malls and monorail station. Room was a bit small but acceptable. Suggest to prohibit ppl smoking in the room, most non-smoking rooms have cigarattes smell.
