1st time at this hotel, great location near Te Papa and the Harbour. Previously stayed other 'side' of town, more to see at this end. Very pleasantly surprised at room, lounge, view, chocolates and service. Will definately do it again.

Great place to stay. Awesome room with great views. Club lounge refreshments could do with some work in regards to variety and quantity available - for a 24 hr service it is very limited the exception to this comment would be the breakfast service.

I got an outrageously good deal booking through hotel club for this hotel. The room had been refurbished and was very modern, clean and comfortable. The remainder of the refurb should be done by Feb 2011.
