The hotel is in a very handy location - close to public transit and the cheap food of Chinatown.

The staff was very helpful we got there and the room was not ready so they gave us an upgrade same price. The room was nice and cozy however do not trust anything of value since our phone charger was stolen and night gown. Reported to management but nothing was resolved housekeeping can't be trusted. Keep your eye on them always. over all good stay would stay there again.

I always stay at Ancasa whenever I want to be near Chinatown, KL. To me, Ancasa is the best place to stay as I rate it as a 4 star hotel at 3 star pricing. The rooms are clean, amenties great, location is superb and its safe & secure with wondeful staff.

Been here for a second honeymoon :) If we're going back to Malaysia, I will always go back to this hotel even if the places I need to go are far from this hotel. This is the best! Very clean and affordable.. not to mention the room we stayed had a breath taking view of the twin towers. Definitely an affordable hotel with 5-star quality.

We were given a lovely rear corner room, Toilet blocked up on us but was repaired promptly and Raj was very efficient

Overall good experience. Perhaps can be more caring for guests who are having some special celebrations at the hotel.
