This hotel is very well located, not far from the station. Unfortunately no air conditioning but would stay here again.

A nice hotel - very friendly service. Main complaint is lack of a lift - we had to cart our cases upstairs - once we had done that, our experience was good. The address was confusing and we had difficulty finding the place - again, once we had found it, it was good.

An easy ten minute stroll from the station, five minutes to the nearest vaporetto, and located in a street bustling with cafes and fruit and other stands, this is a great place for budget travellers. The rooms are spacious by European standards, serviced daily and, although lacking air-conditioning, provided with effective, if somewhat noisy, pedestal fans. The desk is manned 24 hours a day and reception are cheerful, helpful and English speaking. Continental breakfast is served in an annexe to a beautiful old room, dominated by a magnificent chandelier, part of the original building. An enjoyable visit.

Perfect location. I have been in this hotel last year and came back this year because really appreciated it. Magnificent coffee just next to the door of the hotel as well a very good pizzeria. Definetly recommend. Just take a repelent for mosquitos as they are everywhere in Venice.

Good location.Complimentary water taxi ride to the Murano glass factory is a nice gesture(One way only).Everything else is very basic.Toilet bowl is so high that looks like it is meant for giant.
