Arnoma Hotel Bangkok Reviews

It is centrally located with many shopping malls. Opposite is the central world and next to hotel there is a big supermarket (big C supermarket).I always chose to stay in this hotel when I come to Bangkok.

Stayed 3 nites. Don ever take if you are given room no. 1206 coz you will be checking into a washing machine. Me n daughter spend our 1st nite in this room n v were unable to sleep due to the noise. Our request to change room the very morning was done quickly by the staff. Staff are very polite n helpful and room is clean but old. Maybe a bit upgrading is needed.

Hotel rooms were ok and I got a good price but the main things about this hotel is its location acros from central world.

Good location & service, especially for shopping & dining. You can get local food elsewhere with reasonable price. Of course if you are looking for branded things, it just at your door step !!

Good lacation but massive jammed area if you want to head to Patumum area and the traffice just standstill for an hour to 2 hours depend on the timing......especially 4pm to 6 pm daily.....Mad house Jam!

Having stayed here several years ago, was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and location of the room. The room allocated was the worst room I have ever stayed in, the smell from the bathroom was absolutely disgusting beyond belief. The room was on the conference floor, so it was always noisy from 6:00 a.m., so you had to wake up then whether you wanted to or not! I would have to seriously think about whether I stay here again or go elsewhere. The positive from this was the friendliness and professionalism showed by the staff throughout the hotel. They are the best asset for the hotel.

Good location, bad counter staff service, friendlier door staff service and traffic jam zone. Standard rm small with bathtub and deluxe rm slightly more spacious with CRT tele. Bathrm no dental/sewing/shaving kit. NO complimentary internet. Nobody uses the unattractive pool and gym. Limosine to airport cost double or triple. Saloon taxi shld be less than 350B and SUV shld be abt 400B inclu of toll. Walk 8 mins to BTS and Erawan, 12 mins to Platinum mall/pratunam mkt and Chitlom Central, 20 mins to Siam Square/Paragon/Discovery/MBK. Aircon bus 204 fm right of hotel to Siam (12B) and Yaowaraj (20+B)

The Arnoma is in the hub of BKK, unfortunately also in the centre of political demonstrations. The November of these turned out fine but the ones in May did not. The hotel itself has the most excellent and friendly service. The meal deals in November were most reasonable. The room is on the small side and a little dingy but very clean. The bathroom ditto. The treatment at the spa or rather fitness centre was well priced and very good. The hotel is older but makes up for this in other ways. A well priced, pleasant hotel.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at the Arnoma Hotel and I think the rooms really need some updating. However my reason for staying there is the close proximity to Central World Plaza without spending a fortune on accommodation. Breakfast was included in the price and there is always a fairly good variety of foods on offer. I do hope that when they decide on renovating they will keep the room rates reasonable.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent and within walking distance to many shopping centers. I would definitely stay here if i visit Bangkok again.
