The price for the location is excellent. It is along the premier shopping and restaurant area, next to Xintiandi, close to the underground train, and no problem getting a taxi most times.
Breakfast provided is very basic but here is a KFC, Delifrance nearby.
Rooms are reasonably large and comes with with washing machine, micro wave ovens, hot plates for cooking. Quite marvellous if you are a long stayer.

Excellent location. Opposite underground station, walking distance to Xin Tian Di and along the high end shopping belt. Numerous good restaurants around the hotel.
Hotel's breakfast was skimpy for the price of the room and they only provide breakfast for one person. Not sure why but was told that this policy was carried from the past practice when it was known as Hong Kong Plaza hotel and service apartment. There is Delifrance, Gloria Jeans KFC and Starbucks nearby to have breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.
