friendlier staff would have made me feel more welcome. upstairs carrying my own luggage, had to answer to whether my hair dye would run when I asked to an extra towel to dry my hair after my shower. what a question to ask a lady - NOT! But nice place, has everything, only minutes from the centre of town, room exceptionally clean and everything is there for your use. would have preferred to be able to have it paid for before I got there, but this property wanted payment on arrival.
