Satisfied with my stay at this hotel

Front reception staff, and facilities were outstanding, can't fault anything about the stay and will be staying there as my preferred destination for all my future business trips.

Got upgraded from twin room to suite. Would definitely stay there again. Great deal. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay especially the hot spa. I used the exercise room each day and it was clean and user friendly. We will stay there again anytime.

room was very spacious and spa and pool wonderfull and breakfast was excellent

Reception staff were very good and efficient, room and facilities were clean, suite quite spacious. Bit of a hassle when arriving from the north by car, having to negotiate the median strip / 'no right turn', or 'U' turn at Cypress Avenue. Also a hassle, the shortage of onsite parking and restricted street parking. Cost was very acceptable

hotel was clean, quiet and we had a nice stay, only downside was the buffet breakfast. they were extremely understaffed, there were no cups for the juice, ran out of plates and forks. Not enough food there was no bacon or hashbrowns left. and it was quite a small selection of foods.. not much fruit and so on, i have alot of food allergies and would only have been able to eat bacon and fruit, when i asked for some bacon the chef told me it would be at least 15 mins and she was so sorry but she'd been extremely busy.. so clearly not her fault, just you think on a sunday being the busiest day for a buffet breaky they would have more staff to cook, clean and make sure theres enough food and cutlery etc. otherwise a nice stay

the staff were helpful, friendly and great. the pool area was beautiful. a short walk from the main strip and it was value for money! nice place to relax!

We enjoyed our stay in Australis Sovereign Hotel. It's clean, quiet, and the room is spacious. We will definitely recommend this to others who want affordable yet classy room to stay.

It is convience to get to the beach and the city center. acceptable price,will come again next time

I have no complaints at all about my stay here. the staff were the best, very helpful and friendly and very efficient. would stay here again any time, hopefully sooner rather than later, surfers paradise is the best!

The Hotel seems to cope not too well with cockroaches, at least at low levels. I assume it's a common problem in Gold Coast.

all staff were very helpful with all of our requirements which made an enjoyable stay. it was easy to find as we came by public transport and the bus stop was so close to the hotel which made getting around a breeze. we will definately be back next time we visit the gold coast.

Yes I had a cheap room rate, thought I applied for a 12 noon reservation but could not go to the room until 2 pm. SO had to run around gold coast with bags getting hot in car. Also first night there the mattress was lopsided, I left message with night person that I was not to be woken until after 1pm and put a sign up "do not disturb" which staff says was not there later. They woke me to change to better mattresses that they were doing the whole hotel. The new mattress was exactly the same. I would have liked bowls in the room, so have cerial. coffee cups, tea and sugar supplied why not bowls and spoons or even a knife..even a microwave. I stayed at 2 star places and thats supplied. I was down for promotions night that started at 10 pm and went to 5 am.

We attended a conference at the Gold Coast Convention Cnt and needed reasonably priced accommodation. What a pleasant surprise as it was a pretty comfortable room in spite of sharing with my business partner both of us over 1.9m. We ate at the restaurant both nights and included a couple of beers with our meal. The bill was $90.00 in TOTAL! In addition all the staff were accommodating and included service with a smile. Did not get t use any other facilities so can’t comment General impression very reasonable and I will use again without hesitation.
