Axel Hotel Buenos Aires Reviews

A nice trendy hotel with friendly staff and good rooms, though perhaps a little on the small side, I had a 'superior' room with a view of the pool which was noisy late into the evening on nights they had events on in the bar downstairs (they do however provide earplugs). Really nice pool area, bar was good - though pricy, and the breakfast was great. I can't comment on the spa and gym as I didn't use it. I didn't like the area however as it was too far from the bars and clubs requiring a taxi to get everywhere, if I were to visit Buenos Aires again I would stay in Palermo. Only other minor gripe was I found the air conditioning variable and I kept on waking up freezing in the middle of the night.
